ALMA DANIELA PADILLA-IRIARTE
raised in tijuana, baja california, she later moved to san diego and later [later] to san luis obispo to pursue her bacherlors in architecture from cal poly [go mustangs!]. she joined the construction field soon after graduation becoming more interested in how her design background could provide a stronger connection between the design and the building teams, pursuing a project management path.
ross g. majewski
born and raised in salinas, ca. ross developed a passion for the built world from an early age while working in his parents’ workshop build-out. after some construction jobs he continued his passion through the architecture program at cal poly, receiving a bachelors in architecture. after school he worked for architecture firms and some design build firms that reminded him how important it was for the designer to be involved in the fabrication process.
